3. User Accounts

4. Content Guidelines

When uploading photos to Sketchlet, you agree that:

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. The sketches generated from your photos are considered derivative works, and you are granted full rights to use, distribute, and modify these sketches for personal or commercial purposes.

The Sketchlet platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required before service delivery
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for:

• Technical errors that prevent sketch generation
• Physical prints that arrive damaged or fail to meet quality standards
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the artistic style of the generated sketches, as samples are provided before purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sketchlet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The results will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
